Women’s Community Groups
Our women’s community groups and programmes aim to support women at different stages in their experience of domestic abuse: whether you’re still in the relationship, in the process of leaving, or the relationship has ended.
The groups run term time only and provide free, welcoming, confidential, non-judgemental opportunities to meet other others with similar experiences. You are not alone.
Our Domestic Abuse Practitioners attend our community groups several times each term and can provide additional one-to-one support on specific issues where there is an identified need.

Domestic Abuse Recovery Toolkit
Free 10-week in-person follow on programme for women who have left an abusive relationship.
The Domestic Abuse Recovery Toolkit is a follow on programme for women who have completed the Freedom Programme or Hope2 Recovery and are no longer in an abusive relationship.
The programme helps people who have left an abusive relationship to overcome the psychological trauma of their experiences.
Through support, advice and group sessions, we help women to regain their confidence and self-esteem to feel well-equipped to live independently, free from fear.
