You can involved by hosting your own Safe in Sussex Tea Party with your friends & family or dressing up for fun at work with your colleagues or at school or college with your friends and teachers.

Safe in Sussex held their annual Gingerbread House Decorating Competition. The day was a great success and competition was fierce, the houses were truly amazing. Fay Millar, Brighton Cakes who judged the Houses said “The quality of entries this year for the Safe in Sussex gingerbread competition was phenomenal. Every single house had some amazing decorations and it was really hard to choose a winner.

Safe In Sussex receives 14% of its funding from the government. The rest is through grants, fundraising events, donations, legacies and corporate sponsorship.

Demand for our services grows every year and finding the money to fund our vital services gets tougher all the time.

We are fortunate to receive some grant funding from Children in Need, the National Lottery and local authority organisations, but we are constantly looking for new ways to attract funding.
